Each site has a variety of unique challenges but both are focused on excellence. Your contribution to the teams' work will take the form of a wide range of clinical duties from employee health screening, statutory health surveillance as well as formulating advice on fitness to work and rehabilitation options. You will be able to work independently prioritising your workload across both sites whilst ensuring you are in line with the client service standards.
You will need exceptional interpersonal skills and confidence in providing comprehensive OH services in order to reduce sickness absence and promote the health and well being of employees. You will be highly professional, decisive, enthusiastic and a flexible self starter who enjoys working in a busy environment and has the aspiration to develop a career within a forward thinking organisation. Recent NHS experience in an OH setting would be advantageous along with the ability to demonstrate effective sickness management & effective report writing skills.
Ideally, we would like to offer this position of a full time basis working across both sites but would consider part time hours or job share for the right candidate.
