At the end of January, former Minister of Economics and Labour, Wolfgang Clement, awarded the Bonn-based health experts the "Top Job seal of quality" certificate in recognition of their exemplary HR work. In the latest "Top Job" benchmarking study, which considers companies from all sectors and all parts of Germany, B·A·D (Team Prevent UK´s parent company) ranked amongst the best SME employers in Germany. With its crisis-proof and thus successful HR management, the company won over the jurors in the eighth round of the prestigious business initiative.

Handing over the certificate, Mr Clement, the mentor of the SME initiative, praised B·A·D’s achievements in the areas of "Leadership & vision", "Motivation & dynamism", "Culture & communication", "Employee development & prospects", "Family orientation & de - mography" and "Internal entrepreneurship". Notching up its fourth ranking as one of Germany’s best SME employers, the company actually came third in the 501 to 5,000 employees category.
