Sometimes relationships at work, or non work related home issues can have an affect on an individual’s health and well being and their perceptions of stress at work.  Working with one of the leading specialist providers of employee assistance programmes, Team Prevent is able to offer its clients access to a service which provides professional assistance with any challenging issues faced by their employees,  including  personal problems such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationship breakdown, domestic violence, substance misuse, eating disorders and debt.  Face to face counselling services can also be linked to the EAP and our processes ensure that Occupational Health and the Counselling Team establish close links to ensure that any employee issues are effectively and satisfactorily resolved.
