It is estimated that having the seasonal flu vaccine can reduce the chances of getting the flu by 70% to 90% in healthy adults. Team Prevent works with its Local Authority clients around the country to encourage optimum uptake of the Seasonal Flu Vaccine to reduce the potential for sickness absence caused by flu. We are also able to support our clients in the event of a Pandemic to ensure that front line Health Care Workers (e.g. care homes) have easy access to the vaccine.
