Team Prevent has rigorous processes in place for assessing potential employees' fitness for their role. Our aim is to ensure that the individual is mentally and physically capable of carrying out the tasks and that the job is not likely to have any adverse impact on the individual's health. Pre employment questionnaires can be completed electronically (or manually) and the majority of Fit for Work reports are returned to the recruitment team within 48 hours of receipt.
