There is significant evidence to show the beneficial effects support services can have in rehabilitating those with work related health issues and facilitating an earlier return to work. Through our established national network of accredited specialists including Cognitive Behavioural Therapists, Counsellors, Physiotherapists and Holistic Therapists, we are able to ensure that employees can fast track access to support in line with each client's policy. We will also recommend 'sponsored referrals' to private specialists in some instances, where our OH practitioners consider that the cost of the referral is likely to achieve a prompt resolution.
