The largest challenge for all our retail clients is meeting the needs of all the staff that are spread across 100’s of sites across the UK.   Through the combined use of our own network of UK centres, our central Telephone Service for Absence Management and onsite visits we are able to ensure that the needs of our retail clients are fully met and appointments are offered within an agreed SLA.

The Occupational Health and Well Being support that we are able to offer to our national retail clients ranges from core services such as Absence Management and Pre-Placement checks to supporting with Manual Handling Training and Back Care Assessments.  Within a large distribution centre there may also be the need to identify certain health risks and design and incorporate a Health Surveillance programme, this may involve Fork Lift truck Drivers or other industry specific medicals.
