Training and Education

We are very focused on collaborative working and are able to support our clients with training and education to help them optimize the Employee Health and Well Being Service and equip them with the skills and knowledge to develop healthy leadership cultures in the workplace.   We offer training workshops, toolbox talks, podcasts, video casts and Webinars on a range of different topics including Stress Risk Assessments, Stress Resilience, Healthy Leadership, Skin Surveillance and Managing Attendance.  Courses are adapted to meet the specific needs of each client.

 

We are also focused on encouraging employees to take responsibility for managing their own health and we are proactive in ensuring that employees have easy access to health information and advice.
