Early referral and intervention are essential in enabling us to prevent acute health problems developing into chronic issues. We advocate early referral for mental health and musculoskeletal issues in particular, with fast track access for employees who will receive a Telephone or Virtual consultation with a skilled member of our multi-disciplinary clinical team.
On occasions and where clinically appropriate, face-to-face appointments are recommended for the most complex referrals; where a physical and detailed assessment of the employee will help ensure that our advice optimises a successful outcome for the employee and our client. These can be undertaken on our client’s premises or at one of our expanding network of clinics across the UK.
Our fleet of purpose-built mobile screening units enable us to carry out health surveillance and fitness for work assessments on our clients premises anywhere in the UK. We work with our clients to ensure that the health surveillance programme is bespoke to organisational requirements and legislative obligations. We work to accommodate shift patterns, ensure that statutory requirements are up to date and recall appointments set.
Our web-based portal provides our clients with complete transparency on all activity undertaken by the Occupational Health team. It also drives the Management Information that enables us to work with our clients to identify and address any issues or patterns at a departmental and organisational level. Our Management Information can also help identify future health and well-being strategies within our client base.
